Seidl Home Company's Home Showcase of single-level homes is titled The River Collection.  

Click on a Collection and then click on each home within a Collection to see floor plans, square footage, and interior and exterior photos when available. All of these designs are on our architect's computer, so if you like one of the plans, but want to make some changes, it can easily be done. Most of the designs for instance, do not show basements, but please know that we can add a basement to any design. And, of course, as a custom builder, if you would prefer to create a brand new custom plan, we can do that as well.
